I cannot ask Centerpoint to update their employee update function for employee email addresses unless there is a matching field in JobBOSS. Without a matching field, payroll will have to handle all of the email address updates instead of office staff unlike telephone and address information for Y/E W-2's and 1095's as well as paystubs.
The custom tab doesn���t help. The reason for the email field is so that it can be imported into your payroll partner, centerpoint. That���s how paystubs are delivered and there is no reason to give a data clerk access to payroll when we just need to update an email address.

Thank you for your Idea. This is not currently a field in JobBOSS and we will move this onto a Future Consideration. In the meantime we would suggest taking advantage of the Custom tab of Employees and having one of the fields represent Email.
