Have a "Last Updated" date field for Employee contact information

We currently are having to use one of only two Custom tab date fields to be able record this. There are other things we would like to be able to use these date fields for.

We have many employees that have more than 5 years of service. we even have one that has over 50 years. Sometimes this information changes and we are not aware of it. In light of the current issue with COVID 19 it is imperative that we have accurate and current contact information for our employees.

For some time we have been trying to make sure that we annually review this information in Jobboss but this is mostly a manual task that we have to try and remember to do.
