Assistance with Going paperless Ability to attach scanned invoice copies to Accounts payable Invoice Entry Merged

We spend a lot of time searching for invoices manually. We are trying to go paperless . I think it would be nice if we can have each invoice within Job Boss by vendor by Invoice Number attached as a pdf file in the Notes or Attachements . Similar to attaching drawings within the Job Entry area

    I agree! There is no reason we shouldn't be able to attach our vendor invoices right in the JobBoss program. It is so crazy having to save/print/file paper copies of so many invoices and then having to pull them all back out when we are ready to pay them. Why are we able to attach our customer invoices but not given the option to attach incoming vendor invoices?! As our company grows this is becoming a difficult issue. Please consider. Thank you.
