This would be very helpful. There is no Attachments Tab on the Internal Note, so there is no way to attach documents on the AP side. We like to scan our PO Packet so all the documents are together and ready to view from AP for our accounting team. As an alternative, we have to attach our PO packet including invoice, etc. to the PO/Material Control side. We would like our AP users to have ready access to the "PO Packet", too.

We spend a lot of time searching for invoices manually. We are trying to go paperless . I think it would be nice if we can have each invoice within Job Boss by vendor by Invoice Number attached as a pdf file in the Notes or Attachements . Similar ...
