It would be very useful to have invoices show the payments that have been posted against them. In the case where a customer underpays especially, so we can send them an updated invoice showing a balance due.

We attempt to manage and review all of our Service Vendors on a regular basis. It would be very helpful to have a note field for each one of those vendor lines since there is often special information related to that Service for that Vendor.

We manufacture some parts where either the customer has sent us the material or we purchase the material and sell it to them prior to manufacturing the parts. we currently have to create work-arounds to account for this properly.
