Other programs I have worked with have a pop up box that asks if the job should be closed once an invoice has been created. When invoice is complete, answering whether the job should be closed prevents having to remember to go back into order entry, search the job, find the field that shows status and correctly chosing to close it. It should also enable us to close all relative line items on the order without search for and closing each one in job entry.
