expand packlist field length

It would be helpful if we could have more characters for the packlist ID.  It be great if we could have 30 characters, just like the sales order number and job number.

    We would greatly appreciate a longer packlist field also; now that we are using multiple JobBOSS databases for our different business locations, we would like to be able to use a prefix or suffix to identify where documents are from and also, to code for cross-reference with some of our larger accounts. We find the 8 characters extremely limiting; the customers we work with that require electronic submission of packlist numbers, have a 16 character field size. The invoice field limit is also currently 8 characters; it would be good to have both fields made longer, in the same update. See: https://ideas.jobboss.com/ideas/JBCORE-I-813
