I have been asked many times over the years to dig in the "guts" of the program to find out who did a specific transaction.  There is rarely a clear link to the user that is doing a specific process.  It would be a great idea in each table to have a link to the employee/user that is making the transaction.  Regardless where in JB the data is being changed.
