It would be very helpful to see things like the creation & deletion of records, sign in time, sign out time etc. Right now we have internal communication issues that are increasingly complex because we can't simply ask the right person "why did you do this?" And, when my users say the system is acting funky it would be significantly easier to repeat the steps they took (or didn't take) vs only going off how they remember the sequence of events.
