Suppliers often change minimum charges and on a per service basis that adds a lot of time if constantly changing in System Admin - Services.
Adding to both of these screens and allowing editing to the minimum charge for that line item would greatly increase visibility and help decision making. Currently, I can't see how the minimum charge affects the RFQ until looking back in the Quote routing line again at whichever vendor was awarded the work.
Please incorporate this change, it is a pain to have to delete routing operations to have to update vendor lot charges. Vendors can update lot charges as often as annually
