The idea would be to add the "Service" field to the RFQ search criteria so that one could add all the vendors that offer a specific service or multiple services to the RFQ.

For example: I would like to send out quotes to all my vendors that offer "PAINTING".  So I would search for painting and then add all the vendors that offer that service to my RFQ.  Build my RFQ template and send out my RFQs.

It would also help if multiple services could be specified.  For example "PAINTING" and "LASER MARKING".  Which would bring up all the vendors that offer both services.
