Add ability to change User Codes within JobBOSS

Add ability to change User Codes within JobBOSS Preferences, or via Find&Replace Utility

Currently, we want to change the name of a ShipVia code. If we delete it, the history with that code goes to None. Changing it via SQL Query also has the same result. (This was verified by support.) I would like the ability to change those codes at the Admin level.
