Add a Custom field or a Note field to either the Time Variance Edit or the Attenance module.

It would be helpful to be able to add notes to the Attendance line or the Time Variance line. As an example we had an employee injured and the doctor requested that he rest the next day. We pay them as a regular attendance day but it would be nice to have the record that they were not physically at work and the reason for for them not being there.

    We need more options above Regular, Vacation, Holiday and Sick. Would be nice to have Jury Duty, Bereavement, Leave Without Pay, FMLA, Training
