Have a method to lock a location when we are doing an inventory of that location.

It would be nice to be able to prevent any transactions in a location while that location is being counted. Since there are many people that might be able to issue material or transfer material from a job into stock. for obvious reasons we need to make sure that location is quarantined while we are performing the count and updating th system based on that count.

    I would also use this for a material that hasn't been properly checked into inventory. Our material is in lbs. so we always need to weigh it in after being used so we created a location that they cannot pick from
