It would be nice to have at least 3 status in the Location module: 1 Active ,

2 Inactive (this one no activity is allowed with inventory in or out and it would not show up on the lists of locations),

3 Quarantine (this one would show up on lists but it would warn that if someone wants to do a transaction that it is quarantined by whoever and not allow the transaction until it is taken off of quarantine. Example for counting or cycle counting)
