It would be helpful if there were a feature that would allow administration to lock inactive part numbers from being usable, even when typed all the way out and not selected from the drop-down, in invoices or PO generation.
preference please. We have customers that discontinue parts and then 5 years lateer they come back needing a few hundred to replace parts in the field. Then we must get specialty parts sourced and ordered. If we make them restricted, then we add steps to incorporate those back into the system.
