Enlarge text in routing operation window notes Jobboss-2018

We just upgraded to Jobboss-2018 from 2011. The text routing operation window notes are too small and can not be enlarged through the settings. These notes are viewed continuously on a daily basis when developing jobs/routings and typo-errors will increase if we can't easily focus on the text at hand. Please add optional text size settings!!!!
