UPS International Shipping Charges

Please update to allow UPS International shipping to charge duties and taxes to be billed collect along with shipping charges. Right now they charge the customer for shipping, but bill us for duties and taxes.

    This can be set up in the UPS system to auto bill consignee or third party for charges. FYI
