Add "Send by Email" option to Statements

Make Statements able to be emailed to the customer instead of only being able to print them. Just as you can do when in the Invoice/Credit Memo screen.

Thanks for submitting the idea, Joe! In the meantime, a workaround would be to use Print Preview and then select the "Export" button which allows you to set the destination to MAPI (which is email).
