Annual Usage Report - Add a Selection for Specific Material

Allow the annual usage report to be ran by specific material instead of all hardware or all finished goods. We can have hundreds of pages when all we need to review is one item.

    It's difficult to manage inventory without an annual usage report. The current report produces a list of all items. This isn't always useful. We need to see a report of individual or small groups of materials, not our entire inventory.

    Also, a "zero usage" option should be added. We want to flag for obsolesce items that have zero usage. This is cumbersome using the current report.

    Also, there should be a facility to CATEGORIZE inventory for Cycle Counting into "ABCD" based on Usage and Value. Then, the proper Cycle Count can be conducted. Proper Cycle Counting by ABC method isn't simply based on usage, it takes into account the value too.
