This feature would be useful when connected to QBO because when Automated Sales Tax is turned on in QBO you have no control if a customer is tax or tax exempt in JobBoss. It would be nice to toggle tax on/off for each customer.

Would be nice to pull a report that shows you % of business for jobs opened in a specific time frame.
