Quote Entry: Fix Tab Order
When entering a quote, I tab through fields to make sure that I don't miss any. With JB2020, several fields get skipped altogether.

Thank you for submitting Tadd! This is actually not an enhancement and more of a defect. This has been fixed with the JobBOSS 2020 SP1 release for Job Entry and Quote Entry.
