Currently Shopview shows all material regardless if it is active. There should be an option to filter only active material.

When you print a PO the attachments will print along with the PO However, if you e-mail the PO by exporting the document the attachments do not stay with the export. So you have to attach them manually to send a print or other info to a vendor.
