Recurring Invoices Module needs to allow for other

Recurring Invoices Module needs to allow for other time periods

Currently the only option for Recurring Invoices is monthly. We have items that have quarterly, every 6 months, annually and every 2 years. It would be nice if Jobboss would be setup so we would have visibility in the system instead of have to have it setup outside of Jobboss.
