Currently all you have available on Sales Orders is Promised Date. The issue is that we have performance metrics with most of our big customers. And if we just ship on the Promised Date the parts run the risk of being late because of transit time....

We use Quote Reference for a brief description. The field length is only 20 characters although the physical box is much longer. More characters would be helpful for our descriptions.
