Change Material Calculator to default to "Material

Change Material Calculator to default to "Material Units Per Part" for Hardware

Currently the material calculator defaults to Parts Per Material Unit for Hardware or Supplies, and it defaults to Material Units Per Part for Finished goods. Hardware items are defined in jobboss as "items like bolts, nuts, and washers".

You can't get 2 parts out of one bolt (parts per material unit), however one part can use two bolts (material units per part)

To expand on this, I think it would be nice if there was a choice which to default it to, then each user could determine the best choice for them.

Also, have it default to 1 Material Unit Per Part rather than 0
