This feature was very helpful in our environment because of our high turnover rate on office staff. If they ran into a snag, they could click the button and watch a quick tutorial on whatever the are trying to do. I understand that the training puts money in ECI Softwares pocket, but it would not impact the bottom line to have the generic tutorials available to the users.
