CURRENTLY CAN'T CHANGE SCRAP % BACK TO ZERO IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY PUT A % IN THE FIELD

If you are in the quotes module/part details/pricing tab and you accidentally put in a scrap % there is no way to change it back to 0%.  The lowest % it goes back to is 1%.  Therefore causing you to scrap the entire quote and start over.  Even if you copy the current quote into a new quote the % carries over.
