The ability to archive or mark an address obsolete in the Customer and Vendor Information area. Once a record is created against an address, it cannot be removed (for obvious reasons); however, we would like to be able to mark it obsolete so that it does not accidentally get selected and products sent to an address that is no longer in use. In some cases, we can over-write the current address (i.e. remit-to's for vendors when they send an update), but in the case of third-party ship-to's we need to keep the record.
