We need to have it where JobBoss does not allow for overshipment on line items.

If a customer orders 10 parts we need to only ship 10 parts.  Overshipment can effect our rating and our delivery shedule.  Our customer can fine us for overshipment.

Maybe set up a preference for exact shipments or over/under shipments.

    Needs to be optional though as we have customers that allow the over shipment.
