Add a utility to recalculate the weights of raw materials

We have hundreds of materials and most of them have the wrong conversion factor so the weights of the sheet stock does not calculate the same as what my vendor is quoting per pound. A utility to go in and fix these mistakes would be helpful

    This utility would be very helpful. We have a lot of raw materials' weight that we need to correct.
