PO Receiving - Invoice Total

It would be helpful to be able to see the total of the invoice we are receiving.  Currently we can see the invoice total in Purchasing but not in PO Receiving.  In PO Receiving we can only see a line item total, but not the total of the whole invoice.  This would be helpful as a comparison tool.

    Agree with the OP here. Having a total in the upper right of the PO Receiving module as in the Purchasing module would be incredibly helpful. Running a report each time to view the total is time-consuming. Might as well jump back to Purchasing to see that amount.

    The report also isn't as accurate as it should be. Running the report does not give a total with add'l costs such as sales tax and shipping. There should be a running total invoiced amount in the same location in PO Receiving as there is in Purchasing, and the PO Receiving amount should include add'l costs. As it stands, I have to use a calculator to add up the Total Invoiced Amount to make sure it matches with a Vendor's bill.

    Hi Nick,

    Thank you for the suggestion, we do use that method now, but it would be easier to have the info available right in the the Receiving PO as well.

    Tera,

       You could always press the Purchase Order button to preview the report. This shows the total.
