Warn User if Job Entry is Being Duplicated

A warning that pops up and advises a user that they are entering a duplicate order is needed. For instance, if  a user enter an order and the Par and the Customer PO match, a warning pops up and asks the user if they want to proceed.

    If this is added, I would request a way to turn it off or have it be more distinctive than just those two bits of info, mainly since many of our customers give us p.o.s with multiple lines for the same part number and the only difference is the line number or due date.
