JobBOSS has several peculiarities when running at 3840x2160 or higher resolution (font scaling incorrect, out of memory errors when JobBOSS window is fullscreen). Two current workarounds are shrinking the JobBOSS client window to less than fullscreen (about half screen seems the best) which reduces the out of memory errors or reducing screen resolution "fixes" the problems all together
This is very frustrating. We have several Surface Pros and it does not work with scaling. You have to down size the resolution which then you end up not getting a full screen.
Our Surface Pro 4s run at 2736x1824 resolution. Even installing JobBOSS with the scaling set to 100%, there are all kinds of issues. Even on the log in screen, the words "User ID" and "Password" are partially obscured by the fields to enter the information, and that carries over into JobBOSS if we do log in.
Most of our company uses Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and can hardly see the JobBOSS icons on the screen. It is very difficult and frustrating for these users.
