Lead days for shipping by address

Would like the ability to set the default ship days by address, we have customers with multiple ship to addresses and the lead time for shipping varies for each.

    we have this same issue on our end, one main customer who has locations from NC to CA - and when shipping from Erie, PA...makes the Lead days different.
