ability to upload list of parts, descriptions, quantities, unit prices, job numbers to Purchase Order

I would like to be able to upload a list of parts from an excel spreadsheet directly into a purchase order. We generate many purchase orders every day that contain many different parts that are charged to many different jobs. These parts are not in any BOM, they are just misc. parts that we purchase to build the specialized equipment that we make.

In a perfect world, the list would include part number, description, quantity, units, unit price, job number to charge part to.

The attached spreadsheet is the export from Shoptech for my McMaster-Carr purchase order from yesterday. If I can export in this format, it sure would be nice to be able to import in the same format.

Creating purchase orders that include a large number of parts is very time consuming and prone to mistakes.
