Increase number of Quote Routing Additional Charges to at least 2 better yet 3

Currently in Quote Routing Additional Charges you can only have 1. In Job Routing and PO detail you are allowed 2 Additional Charges the Quote Routing should be at least the same. we have many services that we wind up with 3 Additional Charges so we wind up having to combine this.

    i would say 5 since we at times have needed special tooling for turrets, brakes, expedite charges and PPAPS or even 10.
