Have a minimize button on the Data Collection

Have a minimize button on the Data Collection Workstation Driver App

When the App is open the only way to minimize it is to close the App. It then asks you "Do you want to continue?" which i think you should get rid on that dialog also. All other applications allow you to minimize them.
