Currently the purchaser is able to turn off Track Changes for the PO and this can be convenient because if they are creating the PO and saving as they go (which is how they should be doing it). Every time you hit save if Tracking is on it asks for the Change Reason which can be very annoying. We do want to know about all changes to the PO after it is sent to the vendor though so we do not want the purchaser to be able to turn off Track Changes at there discretion. Another problem is that if our purchaser is working on an Unissed PO by default it is asking to Track Changes which can also be annoying. So it would be nice if we had the ability to set defaults from the Preferences where if the the PO had a status of Open it would automatically Track Changes but if it was Unissed by default we would not Track Changes.
