Need a way to separate Holiday Hours from actual work

Need a way to separate Holiday Hours from actual work hours so that Overtime starts after 40 hours that employees actually worked.

Our company pays overtime after actually working 40 hours - holiday hours are not actual work hours. At this time, Jobboss includes holiday hours with the regular working hours. We have to manual fix each employees overtime hours when a paid holiday occurs.
