One method that our company measures performance is On Time % to our customers & from our Vendors. When we transitioned to JobBOSS & saw that ShopStats had both of these features in it, I was ecstatic. However, We focus on % in term of On Time $$ because if we do a sample for 5 units at $500 a piece & that is late; it doesn't matter as much as a $500k order that is late. This way we can dig into Jobs that will affect the bottom line to determine our inefficiencies that need to be cut out to better hit ship dates in the future.
