Being able to link the currency exchange rate to the invoice date instead of the PO date

There is only 1 currency exchange rate per PO. When a PO is created with several lines, the currency exchange rate need to be different based on each receipt. Would be nice to have a currency exchange rate that we can modify for each Invoice that we make.
