There are times when a job in process has routing changes, and certain operations need to be depreciated. They can currently be "completed" but employees can still charge time against them. The operation should be "closed" so no additional time could be added and the employee would bill their time to the new or correct operation. These closed operations should still be considered in costing reports. It would also be desired that closed operations would not show up on newly printed travelers. This feature is mainly needed for in course changes to a job.
