User Defined List Field available in the Custom Fields
It would be very useful to have 1 or 2 new Fields in the Custom Fields that are driven by a User Defined List. We use the Custom Field quite a bit and we write reports off of the fields. And one of the things that we run into is either some on has typed some thing wrong or or they create there own term and this creates problems for these reports. It would be better if they hade to select it from a pull down list.

This option exist now. In design mode,Use the “|” symbol in the fill able field to separate options. i.e. “yes | no “ and when you exit design mode it will have the drop down next to that field now with your options.
We agree as well... it would be more beneficial to "ADD" additional of this type to the current listing now, so that it doesn't impact the fields we already use. These new fields having drop down list functionality would be awesome! For us 3 out of the 4 have to be Open fields because we are tracking things like machine program name, and a "used for" field. so they need to remain as OPEN entry.
