When making a PO if you delete a line with a job number added before saving the system will lock the PO out from being saved because of "Record currently unavailable for update". The only way to fix this is to restart the PO entirely. This ties in with my confirmation note requirement on deleting PO lines because it only takes one misclick to have to restart the whole PO.
