If you are setting up a quote (possibly in other fields too but I haven't dealt with them elsewhere) and it has a pop out box - filling in qty, cost, additional costs etc, and your system times out (we have a 15minute timer) the system won't let you login because of the popup box (access violation error) and you can't close it because you aren't logged in forcing you to close the system.

If you get timed out all popout boxes should be closed to prevent these issues. Your progress would be lost regardless but you wouldn't have to restart the program.
