Not allowing shipping and receiving on a PO that has been completed.
Not allowing any shipments or reciepts for a purchase order when the quantity has been reached on the purchase order. If the quantity on the PO line is 10, there should only be 10 shipped/recieved. Currently you can continue to ship and recieve on the PO no matter the quantity.
