Add "query timeout" setting in KnowledgeSync
For long running queries, it seems that a delay of a little over 30 seconds will cause a timeout error when saving changes to the query in KnowledgeSync.
This can be tested/reproduced by using this query and adjusting the wait time as desired:
WAITFOR DELAY '00:00:31'
SELECT GETDATE()
Timeouts for client queries against Microsoft SQL server are controlled by the client, so I would be great to have a setting in KnowledgeSync that allows us to specify a desired timeout value (vs. the default of 30 seconds).
