Would like full foreign character support in DC Mobile.

I was able to convert dbo.Transaction_Setting.Display_Text to nvarchar and the DCMobile page shows that the encoding is set to UTF-8 -- But I still end up with "??" for foreign characters and the JobBoss 2020 client does not accept foreign language characters as an entry. I have to directly modify the line items through mssql studio.

I'm sure there's something small that needs to be tweaked in order for this to work properly.
