Overtime (OT) typically is a standard across most companies to be paid at 1.5 of the base hourly rate. Currently JobBOSS defaults the OT rate at 1.0 and I propose it should be changed to be 1.5. At present we are spending 3-6 hours a week modifying all of the OT hours worked by employees in Data Collection - Time Variance Edit that shouldn't be necessary.
